Payment of an invoice verifies to us that you understand the following terms and conditions:
- Payment of the invoice confirms to us that you are happy with our work and your site, therefore refunds will not be given.
- Refunds for hosting will only be given if your site in transferred from our servers within 14 days of receipt of this email.
- Refunds for hosting outside this period will be only be given if we do not provide the service we have said we will provide.
- Whilst your website remains hosted with us, any minor changes to your site will be free of charge. Changes considered minor include:
- Correction of spelling and formatting errors
- Replacement/addition of 1 or 2 photos or videos
- Replacement/addition of small amounts of text.
- If your site is not hosted with us, any changes will be charged at the rate of $30 per hour, or part thereof.
- Any major changes will charged at the current hourly rate (currently $30) per hour, or part thereof. Major changes include, but are not limited to:
- Graphics changes/logo redesign (plus graphic design fees if you do not provide the new graphics).
- Major changes to site content (eg entire sections/pages)
- Several photos/videos added to site
- Additional services such as a forum, blog, etc will be by individual quotation.
- Whilst your website remains hosted with us, we will provide assistance free of charge to help you manage your hosting account; for example setting up additional email addresses, CPanel settings, etc.
