Payments

Payment of an invoice verifies to us that you understand the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment of the invoice confirms to us that you are happy with our work and your site, therefore refunds will not be given.
  2. Refunds for hosting will only be given if your site in transferred from our servers within 14 days of receipt of this email.
  3. Refunds for hosting outside this period will be only be given if we do not provide the service we have said we will provide.
  4. Whilst your website remains hosted with us, any minor changes to your site will be free of charge. Changes considered minor include:
    1. Correction of spelling and formatting errors
    2. Replacement/addition of 1 or 2 photos or videos
    3. Replacement/addition of small amounts of text.
  5. If your site is not hosted with us, any changes will be charged at the rate of $30 per hour, or part thereof.
  6. Any major changes will charged at the current hourly rate (currently $30) per hour, or part thereof. Major changes include, but are not limited to:
    1. Graphics changes/logo redesign (plus graphic design fees if you do not provide the new graphics).
    2. Major changes to site content (eg entire sections/pages)
    3. Several photos/videos added to site
    4. Additional services such as a forum, blog, etc will be by individual quotation.
  7. Whilst your website remains hosted with us, we will provide assistance free of charge to help you manage your hosting account; for example setting up additional email addresses, CPanel settings, etc.
